Are You Listening...

As an executive and change coach, to be impactful and empathetic, I challenge myself to continuously hone my listening skills. At least once a day I sit in silence for three minutes; I will do this right before a coaching call. This exercise allows me to focus not only on the words, but also the emotion from the leader during our meeting.
