As I am working with clients, I always think, "If someone could only see my actions and not hear my words, what would they say are my priorities?"

We need to remember during this virtual, less connected world…what looks like a talent gap is often a focus gap. The 'superstar' is often an average to above average performer who spends more time working on what is important and less time on distractions. The true talent is staying focused.
