Emerging more and more, is the use of strategic storytelling as a way of sharing the transformation of organizational culture. The use of authentic stories allows for the alignment or reframing of the culture you are aspiring to create and the value for the employees - in a way that sustains organizational learning and change.

Strategic storytelling allows leaders to capitalize on building trust through authentic connection. A leader with high EQ will know to demonstrate the empathy and compassion necessary in a culture change; to build bench strength, to maintain it's competitive advantage, and differentiate themselves from other players in the marketplace.
