My Super Power

I am learning that someone else's limited human experiences has nothing to do with my unique complexities.

My defining moment was when a colleague asked me "why are you going back to school to get a Doctorate Degree."

My super power is using every encounter as a teachable moment. Helping individuals understand that there are many dimensions to minorities.

I am always willing to share stories to help provide clarity and understanding of differences and similarities.
