Remember, great leadership happens everyday in the smallest of ways. The act of being deliberate in your word choice in this world of virtual connectivity, is a powerful use of expression when/if body language isn't an option. This emphasis has also allow me to speak confidence and power into others.
In addition to word choice, I have begun focusing my efforts on servant leadership. Which to me means, identifying how I can support others before I consider how I might benefit. This approach has allowed me to make contributions in multiple areas and to touch lives in ways I could never have imagined.
